Visions Management spearheaded the FF&E and move management services for the newly constructed administrative and student common spaces for San Rafael High School. The new building consists of administrative offices, student services, student commons and cafeteria.

"New research complex for teaching and research laboraties. The new complex consists of four floors with over (30) laboratories, shared research facilities, meeting spaces, communal spaces and a pub. The labs consists of cell and molecular biology, chemistry, imaging and microscopy, electrophysiology and behavior, human neuroscience, engineering and a wide variety of neuroscience techniques. Our relocation efforts included the transition of existing content, equipment, chemicals, technology and furniture into classrooms, labs, research, study and office space.

The Visions Management team led the relocation efforts into HID’s 108,000 SF Global Headquarters. Their new space supports R&D, production and manufacturing operations as well as all administrative functions. Our team spearheaded the asset management efforts by inventorying all existing furniture and equipment and managing the space planning and relocation of all equipment, furniture, employee content and equipment with limited downtime.
