Account Manager, Project & Facilities

In the role of Account Manager, Projects & Facilities, you will be responsible for leading your team in the delivery of exceptional services and support to your client. Building and maintaining a trusted relationship with your client is a key factor in the success of Visions Management. The Account Manager plays an important role by guiding, mentoring and supporting the onsite team. They are wholly responsible for all aspects of the account. The Account Manager leads by example by maintaining a strong connection with Visions, while at the same time delivering for the client.

The Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, within scope, while maintaining a “client first” approach. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of their projects; sets deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress of project and prepare reports for upper management regarding project status.

The Project Coordinator manages key client projects and works closely with a Senior Project Manager. Project Coordinator’s responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, within scope, while maintaining a “client first” approach. The Project Coordinator will oversee all aspects of their projects; sets deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress of project and prepares reports for upper management regarding project status and support Senior Project Managers in the tasks associated with their projects.. Assigned may range from variable projects to embedded services and fluctuate between.

The IT Change Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing change control processes within the IT project portfolio. Acting as the primary point of escalation for change requests, the manager ensures that the change control policy, processes, and procedures are communicated effectively across functional teams and management. This role also collaborates with the Embedded PMO Partner to manage escalations and drive decision-making, supporting continuous process improvements while minimizing service impacts and risks.

Remote, USA

The IT Portfolio Analyst will be dedicated to standardizing and providing oversight for spend within the IT organization. This role would work collaboratively across IT teams and the larger Finance and Procurement teams to provide a comprehensive overview of current, pending, and forecasted spend. The IT Portfolio Analyst would also be responsible for prioritizing the realization of savings benefits.
