Visions Management spearheaded the FF&E and move management services for the newly constructed administrative and student common spaces for San Rafael High School. The new building consists of administrative offices, student services, student commons and cafeteria.
STANFORD CHEM H

"New research complex for teaching and research laboraties. The new complex consists of four floors with over (30) laboratories, shared research facilities, meeting spaces, communal spaces and a pub. The labs consists of cell and molecular biology, chemistry, imaging and microscopy, electrophysiology and behavior, human neuroscience, engineering and a wide variety of neuroscience techniques. Our relocation efforts included the transition of existing content, equipment, chemicals, technology and furniture into classrooms, labs, research, study and office space.

No loading dock, relocation required special permits to drive on campus, coordination with campus parking and security.

The Visions Management team led the relocation efforts into HID’s 108,000 SF Global Headquarters. Their new space supports R&D, production and manufacturing operations as well as all administrative functions. Our team spearheaded the asset management efforts by inventorying all existing furniture and equipment and managing the space planning and relocation of all equipment, furniture, employee content and equipment with limited downtime.

SAN FRANCISCO POLICE HEADQUARTERS AND PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING

Visions Management coordinated the relocation of the police headquarters from multiple locations into the new LEED Gold – certified building, located in Mission Bay. The project consisted of the relocation of sensitive and confidential material, content and technology. The relocation required a high level of coordination under and aggressive schedule as there could not be any downtime for operations.
