Visions Management coordinated the relocation of the headquarters for F’Real. The relocation consisted of a multi-phase relocation of content, technology, engineering and R&D space. In addition our team coordinated the decommission of the existing space which included the liquidation/donation of existing furniture and equipment as well as the removal of low-voltage cabling, security, electrical and painting.

We have supported the relocation of their Headquarters into their current space in Redwood Shores as well as the relocation multiple offices across the country as well as the decommission of select spaces. Newly constructed library building at Solano Community College. Our team coordinated the strategic move of all cataloged books and printed materials into the new building, decommissioning of furniture from the old building, and selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for the new building. The newly constructed building includes the Main Library, Tutoring Center, Meeting and Collaboration Spaces, IT Service Offices, and Study Areas.

Managing the relocation of lab equipment, employee content, technology and select furniture, the Visions Management team spearheaded all relocation efforts and vendor management for the new 60,000 SF state of the art musculoskeletal and ocular process laboratories, administrative and shipping/receiving space.
EKSO BIONICS

Our team managed the relocation of Ekso Bionics headquarters into 18,000 SF of renovated space. The new facility accommodates the shipping/receiving of finished products for their specially designed robotic exoskeletons as well as space for workspace for employees, testing and production.

Supporting Freewire, the leading manufacturer of battery-integrated EV charging station sand power solutions in the US, the Visions Management team managed the relocation of their Global Headquarters, R&D and Manufacturing Facility in Newark, CA. Our team planned and managed the multi-phased relocation with limited downtime into the 66,000 SF facility. .
HID GLOBAL

The Visions Management team led the relocation efforts into HID’s 108,000 SF Global Headquarters. Their new space supports R&D, production and manufacturing operations as well as all administrative functions. Our team spearheaded the asset management efforts by inventorying all existing furniture and equipment and managing the space planning and relocation of all equipment, furniture, employee content and equipment with limited downtime.

The Visions Management team successfully planned and managed the relocation of over 80,000 SF of manufacturing and administrative space for Zodiac Aerospace in Southern, CA. The relocation was performed under a tight deadline with no downtime in production as well as the rigging and seismic anchoring of equipment.
SAN ANDREAS REGIONAL CENTER

San Andreas Regional Center (SARC) is a non-profit that serves individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Visions Management was tasked with relocating over (250) employees from Campbell, Gilroy and Salinas into their new space in San Jose. The relocation consisted of content, technology and select furniture as well as the decommission of their existing spaces.
THE BECHTEL FOUNDATION

After 63 years as a non-profit, The Bechtel Foundation founded by Stephen D. Bechtel Jr. concluded their foundation after a twelve year spend down. Visions Management worked with the Bechtel Family and the Foundation to coordinate the donation of existing furniture and technology. Our team of Project Managers worked with A Greener Source to coordinate the donation of 85% of all furniture with the remainder of furniture and equipment being diverted from the landfill.

Visions Management coordinated the relocation of the police headquarters from multiple locations into the new LEED Gold – certified building, located in Mission Bay.
